One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is the opportunity to inspire colleagues through teaching, mentoring, and coaching. I have had the privilege of sharing my research through keynote addresses in both national and international settings, and I regularly deliver presentations to audiences ranging from small groups to large gatherings.

 

In my collaboration with teams and organizations, I prioritize the development of competencies to enhance the skills of today's leaders and teams. I employ clear, thoughtful, provocative, and energizing communication to convey complex concepts and encourage listeners to think more critically and expansively.
